Texas Wesleyan University– August 2016 – Present
Handpicked and unanimously approved to lead research roadmap focused on curriculum development, equipment access and use, and growth assessment for retention improving curriculum quality, course offerings and student satisfaction by 48%.
- Lead efforts with partners in journalism, DEI, and Higher education to equip and create a diverse space in academia and in the media industry. Led to the growth and functionality of a DEI committee at Wesleyan and other major media organizations such as College Media Association (CMA).
- Explore and published DEI research focused on diversity and visual representations.
